Now that high-level aims for the course (sorry, for the moment I still call it a "course" not a "working group" or "study group"...) are starting to come in

we should take this to the next level and plan some definite agenda items.

It may be helpful to look at the P2PU roadmap and existing commentary about it to come up with some ideas.

I've sorted the list of course tasks into ones that seem relevant to me, and others that are just good for information (and should potentially just be exported to Lighthouse).

The important (and perhaps even "actionable") issues to my eyes look to be these ones:

• high-level roadmap/mission statement  
• Reporting problems  
• Review Strawman: "Guidelines for Structure"  
• accountability and tone
