Bio:
I'm an older, adventurous American and I have been teaching English in Moscow, Russia for the past 21 years on all levels. With a Russia co-author, I have published two English courses for pre-school children and I'm currently working on a four level program for elementary students. I lead an active American Literature discussion club for four years and hosted around 100 global travelers passing through Moscow. I love to learn and I consider myself a world citizen.

Standard Set Answer:
I'm very interested in simple and direct language learning to communicate. I'm well aware of the limitations of traditional textbooks to facilitate the interaction needed to bring a "foreign" language to life (and make it less "foreign").
I hope to contribute out of my wide experience working with beginning language learners and I hope to expand my skills into new media areas. I'm sure I'll learn a lot from other participants and gain a lot of creative stimulation from the course.
I'm afraid I'm in no position to offer much help as I'm currently completing a major project and teaching part-time. I'm also preparing to move back to the U.S. before the end of the year. Maybe later on.
