Standard Set Answer:I am interested in this topic because most of my work is based around PHP development of a large content management system. I am hoping to gain new insights into web development and bring these to my team. I would really like to learn more about the aesthetic qualities of a good website as I have a pretty good hold on the back end aspect. I would certainly be interested to assist in whatever I can.
Thanks!

Standard Set Answer:I'm interested in learning more about what the process is involved in creating a startup that is driven largely by a community of people. Most of my experience so far has been on the front end of things so I have a strong desire to broaden my skill set and be able to relate much better to people that are more proficient at this sort of thing than myself.
Ideally, I would hope to take away some great concepts and perhaps refine my PHP skills as well. I may be interested in helping with the guide organization however my schedule may only allow for time to be spent on learning the key concepts herein. Therefore, it really just depends on how intensive helping may become.

Standard Set Answer:
It sounded interesting in general. To learn how to build a whole system from scratch.
To learn and improve my skills in PHP and MySQL.
I wouldn't mind, however I'm not sure what I can contribute in.

PHP guy.
Location: Arizona
Standard Set Answer:I learned a lot of my web programming on my own from various books and online tutorials. I have had a little programming background in high school with BASIC so web programming was pretty simple to pick up as I understood a lot of simple programming concepts. I have worked on number of websites using dynimic content and different PHP templating systems (also tinkered with building a few templating systems of my own).
I am interested in this program because i would like to see how a large project is put together as far as how coding structure/standards are setup. I usually work on projects on my own so I feel this will help me see how groups work on websites together. Plus I hope to learn a few tricks with dynamic content.
I would be interested in helping where I can although I am not sure how much I can contribute. Looking forward to joining the project!

Question:
What made you interested in this topic?
Answer:
I've recently decided to take my web development career more seriously and seeing how a professional website is built ground-up would help me in my own creations; I have created a website with some "social" features, but the work was very amateur-like.
Question:
What do you hope to achieve by participating?
Answer:
I want to see how a large scale project is made. How a database is set up properly, how security is set up, how a control panel would be created, and how to organize my development files.
Question:
Are you interested in helping with the guide organization?
Answer:
I feel inadequate to guide any type of organization and I'm fairly new to the site so I would say no, I am more into this for the learning then guiding others.
