After a successful demonstration of IBM's computer named Watson beating out two of Jeopardy's most successful competitors much attention has been given to NLP. This course discusses the challenges and successes in NLP.
If a word were to appear in more than one document, the stronger the case is that the information is right. For example compare two papers of roughly the same age. The first is cited zero times, the second is cited 300 times. What paper do you think is more likely to be correct.
