I am an independent intellectual interested in being a polymath and a polyglot. I have a passion for learning new things and bettering myself.
Probably one of my strongest, and most enduring, interests is film. I love the cinema, most especially its mryiad global permutations, and aspire toward a career that in some way intesects with film.
I also like to write, and think I am a good, if undiscliplined, writer. I hope, not only to continue to improve the quality and content of my writing, but also to increase the amount of writing I do, specifically online. I also feel that writing should be an intergral aspect of my professional life, and I want to develop myself, and my credentials, as a writer.
I could wrtie a lot more, but this should suffice for now. I (hopefully) will keep this "About Me" section updated, at least periodically, but I know that is a stretch, as I tend to find myself pulled in too many competing directions at once, and usually drop the ball on the important things -- but not the most important, or current things -- that I set aside to do. Unfortunately, they mostly all involve writing, the one things that should be my first priority.
