posted message: I've added a couple of extra people to participate in the study group. I know we are feeling it out still, but are we limiting participant numbers? Is there a rationale as to why some people have /not/ yet been added? I know that some followers will feel frustrated by the waiting, and I would rather add more people than not. I am aware that there could be issues with scale - but we can talk about that.

posted message: Are we going to meet online? The best study group experiences I had were with Karen [Entrepreneurial Marketing] and Matt [PHP for beginners]. Once a week met in a chat room. It really helps to foster a strong sense of group identity. Plus, we could all do little experiments in live writing and /talk/ about our ideas. What do you think? I know that would be helpful - and encouraging - to me.
