Outlining the basic elements of HTML web pages.

This course offers foundational instruction in HTML. Topics include tag structure, file encoding, web browsers, DOCTYPEs, common HTML elements, hyperlinks, images, video, tables, forms, and sections.

Additionally, we will touch base on CSS in order for students to transition to other Webcraft courses.
