Anyone can follow a study group on P2PU. Participating is the next level of engagement. The sign-up is a space where interested individuals can express their interest and background in the topic and commit to working with the rest of the participants. Please answer the following set(s) of questions if you want to become a participant or organizer.

  I'm a hobbyist (wannabe) programmer. For a couple of years I've been using Liux flavours at OS and learnig C++, Java and the commom web-languages. I've had several websites as a party promotor a couple of years ago (+small business) but was out of programming for a couple of years since I had to take on a Another job when I got together with my present girlfriend. Now I'm back programming in my spare time and would like to try to take some freelance jobs when my skills in Java, C++ and Linux are good enough.

  I have been interested in programming since the day that I was able to logically work my way around a question that nobody else in my C++ class was able to figure it. It was fun, challenging, and I  was able to use my brain to get the work donw.

  Game developing seems to be the easiest way to learn about different programming types. It gives a final outcome that is useful and entertaining. Unlike working with generic topics that has no relevance.

  I've been attracted by HTML5 and games since I'm trying to learn how to use it interacting with websites changing the look and feel of those.

   

  I hope achieve an understanding on how make some animations and how to make things that just we can make using flash, so not good interacting with smartphones. Also, I hope someday I will get enough time for make a game I have designed sometime ago.

   

  I'm interested on help on anything my time can. I can't promise too many hours per week but I will work as hard as I'll be able to.

  I´m just interested in learning HTML5 Game Development, cause i think it is the future of Games. Look at Facebook Games, e.g. Zynga Games. They earn Money in an amount we can´t think of.
