Standard Set Answer:1. I am familair with HTML but I have been reading so much abotu how HTML5 can be used to create rich web experiences without a lot of the bells and whistles that flash and overused javascript can add to pages. I really want ot know how to hadn code a well laid out page with HTML5.
2. I hope to expand my understanding of HTML5 so that I can then use my knowledge to learn more CSS and Javascript to create dynamic pages by hand.
3. I am interested though I am in grad school and currently working so I may not be able to commit as much time as I would like.

I'm a freelance web designer with some front end development skills. I have been working with flash actionscript but now I need to develop in javascript. I have a good basic ground but I need to sharpen my skills, specially in html5, javascript, jquery, ajax and CSS3.

Html5 is also necessary for webaps and portable to mobile devices, so it could be a great tool to further my knowledge in this direction.

Standard Set Answer:- I am a letterpress printer by trade and I am getting very interested in web typography as it comes closer to the process of using lead type, so I figure I had better get to figuring this all out.
- I would love to learn HTML to the point where I can feel comfortable learning new things on my own.
