Standard Set Answer:
I am interested in this topic because I have built several Drupal websites for my own businesses and want to be able to adapt them with HTML 5 and CSS.
I hope to understand what is new in HTML 5 over the HTML I previously learned. I also hope to come to grips with some of the basics of CSS.
This is my first course on P2PU, so maybe next time on the helping part.
Thanks

What made you interested in this topic?
I'm interested in designing for the web generally, I've also had good results working with Actionscript 2 (interactive graphics, banner ads) —I'm not interested in working with Flash anymore and what I know about HTML 5 is pretty exciting. It seems like a potential convergence of several interests.
What do you hope to achieve by participating?
A working knowledge of HTML 5 and a sense of it's potential. I'd hope to use the tasks to build things i might use professionally now or later.
Are you interestend in helping with the study group organization?
Only potentially. I don't have a handle on the P2PU process yet, just getting my feet wet.
