I am currently dedicated to getting myself up to date in some core web development with the mission of expanding my work in website development and most important Mobile Applications.
I have been involved for 8 years in Consumer Electronics distribution in Latin America and Caribbean. As of recently I represent China manufacturers in USA, Latin America and Caribbean markets and import several consumer products designed for Mobile users and world travelers.
I hope to focus more on web development so I can live and work from anywhere which was what I did before my last employment.

What do you hope to achieve by participating? I learn easier and quicker through interaction with other students. Also, my eventual skill level will be higher. "A rising tide raises all boats"
Are you interested in helping with the study group organization? Helping = Yep. Active participation makes for better group dynamics and therefore a more useful learning experience.

I am interested because recently I found out how with python & django I can speed up my development proccess ten-fold (I installed django and followed the official beginer's tutorial and it was amazing!) and write better code,

Yes, I am good with organization and I am always looking to help, although I am not quite sure how I could help and how are study groups organized but I guess I will find out!!

My name is Pablo, I'm a studen who loves to learn new things everyday. now i have great interest in programming and computer systems knowledge, also I love arts and graphic design.
At the present time I'm really interested in web development and design as well.

Standard Set Answer:Well Django is a very interesting opportunity to see another type of framework, I'm very interested in it cause of the sentence: "Looking to create rich web applications with Python?" and some thing I've read about it.
I would to learn from this experience P2PU, to share with people, to develop several codes and applications, and mostly to enjoy learning.

Standard Set Answer:1) I have always been interested in web dev, and when I found out that python has this web framework (since most my programming experience is in python) I thought it would be a great way to really dive into the fun side of web dev- that is to say, not just point-and-click joomla templates, but actual programming.
2) I hope to achieve enough knowledge to build my own web applications with relative ease. A friend of mine and I have an idea for a website with a lot of potential, and this would be a great start to finally beginning that project.
3) I am a college student, double majoring in music performance and philosophy, with a minor in computer sciences... so as you might guess I'm pretty busy. Depending on how much time it would take to organize the group meetings, I may be willing to do it. However, if it takes a significant amount of time to organize such things, I would be more reluctant to accept such responsibilities, solely because I wouldn't want the group as a whole to fail becaue of my lack of time.
