posted message: Learn PHP is looking for another Organizer to help update and create new lectures on P2Pu.org. Anybody interested should contact me with credentials and why they would be a better teacher on here than other applicants.
Don't be shy! And all applicants will be reviewed equally. Because having someone be biased against you for no reason is pretty lame. :)
Talk to you soon!
posted message: I just wanted to share how I handle step 2: Installing PHP. I used to upload files to my web host, but that's a lot of extra work when I have to debug just a character or two.
I'm on a windows system like most people, and I installed Wampserver. It installs Apache, PHP and MySQL on your system in just a few clicks. I've been using it for over a year now, and it's nice.

posted message: Tonight there will be another class posted.
Unfortunately, next week we won't have any classes. I am moving and won't have access to the internet for the week. In the mean time, just keep practising the code we've gone over. And feel free to search on php.net some function references and what they do.
posted message: Hey everybody.
My name is Kalob and I'll be teaching this class. For everyone who is interested in just reading about PHP, feel free to follow this course. If you want to ask questions, comment, or contact me, please click to big orange "Participate" button.
This class will go from knowing nothing about PHP, to an intermediate level. By the end of the class, you should know enough to start a fully functional social networking website.
