This is a challenge for middle to high school students to go out there and collect stories for the people, record them either on paper, on their smartphones, with a camera, then elaborate them journalism-style.
Everyone can be a news reporter. Great stories are out there for them to catch and transforms into the next headline article for their school paper.
Once they've collected all the stories, each group should sort them and analyze them.
Assign each story a tag and organize them in an archive they can browse through swiftly.
Then discuss which story they think would be best to make a great story on the school paper.
