I'm hoping to better round out my design experience, and get a better feel for how this course could give me a better handle on responsive design and become more platform agnostic.
Right now my CSS skills are limited to the basics: colors, fonts, positions of objects.
I'd like to begin to create accent objects (EX: frames around images, shadows, etc.) with CSS rather than relying on HTML and graphics.
I'm feeling like I'm in "mid-career" from a design standpoint and I need to become more competitive in the market.

I would like to have a basic understanding of css
Time permitting, I may be able to assist with group study organization.
1. I know enough about CSS to be dangerous (change a font, color on an existing screen).
2. I would like to see basic examples but in-depth enough to cover major points of CSS. Extending a class, how various attribute properties affect, maybe some background on the DOM.
3. In about 6-9 months we will reskinning our UI, would like to get started with some basics before tackling the larger scope.

I have very little experience in CSS. I learned a little about it while developing my HTML5 skills.

As I have very little experience with programming, I hope to see step by step demonstrations on how to use CSS . Beginner friendly lessons are very important to me.

I plan on becoming a professional web designer so learning CSS is a must. I also like the simplicity of this styling language.
