Anyone can follow a study group on P2PU. Participating is the next level of engagement. The sign-up is a space where interested individuals can express their interest and background in the topic and commit to working with the rest of the participants. Please answer the following set(s) of questions if you want to become a participant or organizer.

  I'm an IT student, at Dr. José Matías Delgado University. I think, it is not a bad idea to learn new things if we have the time. "The web is knowledge" is something I always have on mind.

  I would be glad to share my knowledge with others, I already know Visual Basic, a little bit of Java, MySQL and related databases management solutions. I also know a bit how to use software like Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Audition, Anime Studio Pro...

  Hello everyone, I'm interested in this topic because, many jobs on my country requires PHP, besides that, it has always interested me, but since that wasn't taught on college, I take this oportunity to learn something new.

  After participating in this, I hope to have more chances of getting a job before I finish the university, and also, I would like to help other people here (and not necessarily here) with the PHP knowledge.

  I'm also interested helping with the study group organization,because I think, you always learn more from other people, even if you are teaching them.

  I was asked to create a site for one of my lecturers in wordpress and got to know a bit more about the use of php in the development of not just web pages but how it contributes to sites as a whole by creating uniform headers and letting the developer move past structuring the html of the site and concentrate on the content of the site and the way it works on a user level.

  Currently I am working for a company that is looking to expand it's customer base and create a community of users on their site and their website needs to evolve accordingly. It would be ideal to have a knowledge of PHP which would allow me to implement logins and the like to provide customisable and dynamic content for the users of the site.

  I've been working with WordPress for a couple of years creating and updating websites for clients. In my spare time I like to read, play PC games and surf the web for new and interesting stuff.

  PHP has been for quite a while and been used in quite a lot of web development platfrom starting from WordPress, Drupal and Joomla, so it would be interesting to learn the language which is the core for th major open souce development.

  Well the ease of learning via Web by login from anyplace,anytime made me interested in joining P2PU.org , So I am signing up to participate where i can collobarate with my peers on the subject and enhance my knowledge on the subject.

  Since its been organised as a P2P course which will let the participant share knowledge between the learner and the learning process will be quite fast.

  I will definately help with my time if required to the study group which will help in making this concept more popular in the coming years.
