Task (30min)
Perform online field research about an Open Science Data Community, pinpointing a specific issue around Open Data that is being discussed right now. Note the following: What is the issue at hand? Who is talking about the issue? What organizations/institutions do they represent? * Where can we go for more information about this issue?
Summarize the issue and your findings per the criteria above, and reflect on it in an blog post. Many groups like those mentioned above have affiliate networks, social media circles, and organized events around Open Data. If you feel comfortable doing so, pose a question to a related mailing list or join the Open Science Google Plus Community and share a link to an article about the topic.
