The sign-up is a space where interested individuals can express their interest and background in the topic and commit to working with the rest of the participants. I am an ex-academic trying to enhance my local community by starting a Timebank -- Timebank Media (PA) was launched in May of 2011 and is part of our local Transition Town initiative. Check us out at www.timebankmedia.org
