You have good intentions, but you should prioritize in more necessary materials for poor communities. As you mentioned, you are getting "a" laptop or "many" laptops for an "extremely poor community". These communities do not need computers, they need water, food, and a basic education BEFORE getting laptops. Or maybe get them school materials!!

Your idea over all seems really well planed and thoughtful. Even though I believe something that will determine if your grant will be succesful is if wifi is available in poor locations. You should also consider the programs which will be instaled in the computers given.

A class in a school, even if its non developed has atleast 10 students in a class. If you really want to help this school you might consider that 3 laptops is too little. Why not invest in at least 10-15 laptops so that a class of 10 students can all use a laptop at the same time.
