Before publishing the material, a more experienced dScribe or a member of the Open.Michigan team will review your material and suggest any changes that might be made to assuage potential copyright, privacy, endorsement, or other formatting issues. Once addressed, the resource is then ready for publication!
With the edits and review complete, you can publish these resources anywhere you want: your personal website, a photo sharing site like Flickr, a document sharing site like SlideShare, or any number of other sharing communities like the ones you drew from to begin with.
An added benefit of utilizing the dScribe process is the fact that there is a team of specialists dedicated to helping you maximize the reach and impact your work can have. Our team will not only make your resources available on the Open.Michigan OER website, but will also work to make it available on a variety of other sharing sites.
